1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Vensper platform, visual flow builders, or API integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Autonomous AI Actions & Tool Calling

Vensper provides an engine capable of executing custom API actions (Tool Calling) based on Large Language Model (LLM) intent parsing. By connecting your endpoints to Vensper:

• Action Authorization: You authorize the Vensper agent to autonomously make read, write, update, or delete requests to your provided systems based on conversational context.
• Data Integrity Liability: You are solely responsible for ensuring your APIs are secure and backing up your databases. Vensper is not liable for data loss or unintended modifications caused by automated tool execution.

3. AI Behavior & Hallucinations

While we utilize rigorous Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and semantic constraints, LLMs are probabilistic models. Vensper does not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI-generated responses. We strongly recommend maintaining "human-in-the-loop" escalation paths for critical workflows.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Vensper to:

• Deploy agents intended to deceive, harm, or bypass security systems (e.g., automated phishing, prompt injection attacks).
• Process unencrypted sensitive information (e.g., full credit card numbers) outside of designated secure payment tools.

5. Modifications and Terminations

We reserve the right to suspend any account that places undue burden on our infrastructure, violates these terms, or attempts to exploit the platform's execution layer. Vensper may modify these terms at any time with appropriate notice via email or platform announcement.
